Lag B’Omer

On Lag B’Omer we are specifically told to celebrate instead of mourn.
In these hard times, I am more than happy to oblige.
Sometimes life gives me multiple reasons to mourn, but I will look for any reason to feel joy.
Like a fire that will burn whatever it’s offered, I will fuel myself with every bit of joy that I’m given.
Thank you God for everything good in my life. Even the things I’m too blind to see,
They’re still there burning inside of me.
